From picking your nose, over-blowing your nose, minor irritation, minor nosebleed. All possible reasons. How can you say you have a scab and then say you're not sure what it can be? It's a scab, right? Put a little Vaseline on it or use a saline nasal spray and leave it alone. It will heal.
OMG...I have been getting these lately, Usually after being sick, Maybe from blowing my nose to much...I don't think that there is much to do about it!
