Wife says she feels like she has post paradigm depression since she just got off depo shot, any one know?

She says her hormone feel out of whack and she cries at the drop of a hat. She hasn't got her cycle back yet either, but has only been a little over a month since she was suppose to get her last shot and she didnt have a regular cycle when she was on the shot.

Her hormones have to get back to normal, it may take awhile. I too am on Depo and have had the same problem. Tell her to go talk with her doctor about it. She may need to try an antidepressant for a short time or maybe a different kind of birth control. If she is trying to get pregnant then that's going to change things and you'll really need to talk to a doctor. Other than that I'm really not sure what she could do other than wait it out.Good luck to both of you.
