my doctor tested me for a lack of thyroid the other day and i was just wanting to know what it is. and any thoughts you may have about it.
is the occurance of involuntary movements during sleep a sign for body problems?

Do you mean underactive thyroid? If so, it's pretty common. It's called hypothyroidism and can easily be treated by meds but you have to remain on them for the rest of your life.
