Answers:
I had the same thing happen to me, the spotting I mean . My AF was supposed to arrive 8/7 also but it came 8/5 too , I had spotting from 8/1 until it arrived yesterday. It may be coming early or you may be pregnant , if you're still spotting by 8/8 take a hpt. Good luck!

Nobody's period comes on exactly the same day each month. Take a pregnancy test.
Agreed--nobody's periods come on the exact day every month. Mine can vary as much as a week or two, depending on how much stress I'm under and how well I've been eating and exercising. These days, I tend to just spot for the first day of my period. Everybody's different, honey. Your symptoms can be early pregnancy symptoms, but I get them during my period too. I visit the bathroom quite often during my period simply from the cramping (your bladder is attached to the back of your uterus and your uterus contracts during your period...that's what the cramps are).

Early pregnancy symptoms for me have always been a lack of symptoms. When I feel as if I'm going to get my period any day now (cramping, bloating, sore breasts) that disappear but my period never actually shows up. Sounds like yours are just period symptoms, but if you're worried that you might be, it's best to do a test.
If your periods were to stop that would be a sign of pregnancy, just because it came a few days Early does not mean your pregnant all the symptoms you describe are period related.
just because there has been a slight change in your period does not mean your pregnant it is actually quite rare to keep on bleeding while your pregnant
