If you donate blood can you donate if you are seein your menstrual?
Question:
Answers:
Yes, you can. There is no regulation against donating blood while on your period.
You may be more likely to faint or feel weakness though, because you're losing blood at two different sites.
Check with the Red Cross to be sure.
Everytime I have given blood they do an iron test first. They will prick your finger, draw out a drop of blood, and drop it in a solution, then time how long it takes to hit the bottom. If you are low on iron they won't let you donate; usually when you are menstruating your iron count is low due to the loss of blood, and they won't let you donate.
