I got a quote for doing only one breast, because one was bigger than the other. I ended up having both done anyway, but they quoted $3500 for only one. It was $6000 for both.

The good news is: if you complain of constant back pain most insurance companies will cover the surgery. there are bras made to make boobs look even. it is surgery so it always comes with risks. Sometimes though it is necessary for some people to be healthy. so talk to the doc.
