You may be dehydrated. The more water you drink, the lighter your urine will be.
you could be dehydrated, drink more water. also, some medications can affect the color of your urine
Drink more fluids! You sound very dehydrated.....Too much alcohol!!
Drink more water. lay off the booze.
Yup, you need to drink more water. At least 6-8 glasses a day is recommended.
You are dehydrated!! The more water you drink the clearer your urine. Try increasing your water intake and decreasing your caffeine intake. If that does not help, visit a doctor.
A sign of dehydration. You need to drink more water or drinks like Gatorade or Powerade that have electrolytes in them which your body needs. Dehydration can have serious side effects, so now that it's summertime, drink more fluids!!
Most likely, you're dehydrated. Try to drink plenty of water and see if it changes tomorrow. If not, I would go to the doctor.
water, water, water, but if in a pinch, any fluid will do, you are dehydrating!
In addition to the other answers, other reasons for dark yellow urine could be you are up on your Vitamin B. When you have plenty, your urine turns yellow; if you have been given pyridium for a UTI, your urine starts out orange, then goes to yellow; you may be voiding sugar or protein, if you are a diabetic.

Best to get it checked out, if it persists after you start drinking more water.
There are multiple causes. 1. A concentrated urine because (as everyone else has mentioned) of dehydration 2. Vitamins and certain foods can cause discolored urine 3. Hepatitis can cause dark urine. So - the only one to really worry about is hepatitis. Do you have any yellowing in the skin or whites of eyes? If so - see a physician.
maybe to much soda drink more water
Dark yellow urine indicates the excretion of waste products in as little water as possible (for example, during a fever, or the first morning urine).

Dark yellow or orange urine can be caused by recent use of laxatives or consumption of B complex vitamins or carotene. Orange urine is often caused by pyridium (used in the treatment of urinary tract infections), rifampin, and warfarin.

That dark yellow is your kidneys working over time.
It could be high blood sugar,an excess of sugar in your system will make your urine much darker in colour,if you are also experiencing a thirst and need to pee a lot then this can indicate the onset of diabetes !
Go to the doctor and get it checked out.
Good luck !
You should drink more, therefore you pee more and your urine will be almost clear. It's not healthy for your urine to be dark as this can encourage bacteria to grow, causing a urine infection. Drink more water. Go now and have a glass!! XX
yes lack of water but it can be caused by what you have eaten. i know that brocolli can give you a stronger color and strong smell. try to drink alot more water over a day and see if there is a good change if not go to yr doctors it could be an infection on some sort
because you are dehydrated or drinking to much pop. i work with the elderly and that is a sign of dehydration
It means you are dehydrated. Drink some water.
urine color is a sign of hydration as well as the vitamin/mineral excretion.
Most likely you are not getting enough water. (Reccom. is 8-8oz. glasses per day).
Also you could be getting too much of a particular vitamin or mineral.
Medication can also change the color of your urine as well as infections in your urinary tract.
Consult your physician ASAP and have him check to be sure you don't have some sort of infection or other problem.

But my guess would just be a low intake of water! Drink more water!
yes u need to drink more water
Changes in the color of the urine can be caused by a number of things. The most prevalent is dehydration. Unless your in renal failure, it is recommended that you drink one half of your body weight in ounces of water, daily (if you weigh 300 pounds, drink 150 ounces daily). Don't CHUG the water all at once -- spread it out over the day.

Another possibility, and probably the second most likely cause in the change of your urine color is a urinary tract infection. If this is the case, drink plenty of water and increase your vitamin C intake -- cranberry juice, orange juice, and other citrus fruits are great for helping treat a urinary tract infection.

Some medications and supplements are also excreted in the urine, and can have an effect upon the color. Check with your pharmacist if you're on any medications, to see if urine color change is a side effect. If you get pain during urination, or blood in your urine, go see a physician. Otherwise, drink more water.
I am no expert but my guesses are:-
1/ excessive masturbation
2/ the pox
Hope that helps
If you don't have anyother problems then almost definitely lack of water. Drink a lot more than you think you need & cut out the booze - you'll see an immediate change. It'll also make your skin/complexion much brighter & you'll have tons more energy too. I used to have dark pee - stopped the wine, drank more water & hey presto, like magic all was OK again.
