Period problems?
Question:
Answers:
You could have ovarian cysts, if you are worried about that go to a doctor. You could have simply lost enough weight during soccer season and havent gained it back to have your period. When you lose a significant amount of body fat, getting close to 5% or less fat, your periods stop or become very light. One of my friends has little to no periods. So check your weight/ body fat and see a doctor. I hope this helps, good luck.

Hmmm....could you be pregnant? If you think so, you might want to take a test. If not, check with your doctor.
yes!! The symptoms you're describing sounded exactly like my ovarian cysts!!!! You need to get them checked out!!!! Just remember to keep hydrated... water helps a lot.... and use heating pads for extreme pain. The doctor went in through my belly button and "lasered" my cyst off and I haven't had any problems since.
Well if you're sexually active...it sounds like you may be pregnant. If not then I would definitely have a chat with your gyno.
The same thing with me happened when I became active in running. I think that our bodies were adapting to our physical activity. But for me, after a while my period came back. Even though I think that it is nothing to worry about, I think you should go see a doctor to make sure it isn't anything serious. Good luck...and try not to worry so much, stress is also a factor.
Well I haven't had the same problem unfortunatley, i'm just going to be one of those people telling you, that you really need to get in and see a gynocologist, it will clear your mind and they can figure out whats going on with your body, and find ways to provide help.
With people signs and symptoms all vary, what may be a symptom for one person, might not be for the other, so the safest thing is definitley to just visit your gyno hun!.
This can happen if you are active (sports) and , if you are really skinny, then it might have taken you longer just to start your period for the first time (it is common for skinny girls to not get there period as soon as some other girls) and you might just wanna go to the doctor just for a healthy check-up.
I think it's because you're so intensely active. If you're doing harsh workouts every day that really starin your body, this could be affecting it. I used to be a gymnast, and I found out that a lot of gymnasts are really late bloomers because gymnastics takes such a strain on your body that it postpones your period and developement (this is the reason they say you have to be a certain age to compete in a certain level in gymnastics... they don't want little 8 year olds to destroy their bodies by being at olympic level or something). But you should really go get that checked out.
