are you about to have your period?? I know the week before aI start to bleed, my breasts especially the nipples get VERY tender & I get cramps, alos bakc aches, headaches, IM VERY VERY moody & extremely tired, also I ususally retain water...its pretty bad at my house once a month...lol

You're probably experiencing these pains due to your cycle. I don't know how old you are so I don't know if you've ever had your period or not. Sometimes when my period is about to start, maybe a week in advance, my nipples get real sore. So yeah, it could be you're about to start your period. If it's not your period then I would advise going to see a MD.
