Have you tried xanax? My sis has bipolar disorder and that really helped..Lithium my friend was on but he suffers from seizures and after them he has hallucinations. They had him on depakote but that didn't help. Paxil is an antidepressant.Being bipolar is a bit more complicated. Talk to your doc about xanax.

Try smoking pot. It seems to work for my panic attacks.
Visit a specialist doctor. I have no idea, but I hope that you find what you need and feel better soon :)
Hello and Im so sorry you have the same as me. Talk to your doctor about Klonopin. I take that for my panic and it works great! I also take Prozac for depression. Remember when you have panic attacks you body is telling you something. You are having like a adrenline rush and you need to burn that up. If I go for a brisk walk or ride my bike or anything to get my heart pumping I'm better in no time.
Jackie I knows what she's talking about.
First of all has your doctor actually tested you for bipolarism? I was misdiagnosed several years ago. Most drugs can take up to a month to get into your system and begin taking effect. Remember that what works for one person may not work for another. Call your doctor and let him/her know that this new combination of drugs is not helping you. They may need to try something else. I know it is a long process but trial and error is your best bet until they can get you on something that works specifically for you. Ask about lamictal.
