I would like to lose weight but it so hard to know what to eat and what not to eat. Can anyone help me?

Start with portion control. Eat less but more often. Stay away from sugary foods and junk food (fast food, snacks). Eat raw fruits and vegetables. Dont drink soda, only water and lots of it. The pounds will melt away.
