PMS Girls only?


Question:
I get so mean and cry over nothing the week before my peirod. I've tried everything to help me stay calm and not cry so much. Any of you girls have anything that works for you.

Answers:
I try and exercise regularly, limit caffeine, and I try not to eat too many salty and sugary foods. It really helps. I hardly get any symptoms now.

You can see the doctor about it. There are lots of treatments you can try. It's not worth being so miserable each month.
