So many people on here need to learn to spell. Try the spell check option. Try using tampons and keeping it off your hands. But there isn't much you can do about it, it's part of life.
ok if you're afaraid of blood don't think of it as blood. and it's just a little bit!!!!!!!! plus it's natural, and if you don't like seeing it talk to your mom about tampons

Get over ur fear or just dont think abourt the fact that u are afraid of blood
that what i idid and im fine with it now dont worry about it
just try of thinking about something different when u go to the bathroom.
maybe that will help keep your mind off of the blood.
You should not be afraid of your own blood, and, don't feel that your period is disgusting. For some reason, girls are taught to believe that their natural functions as young women are disgusting and unwanted in society. Be proud of being a woman and having all these great qualities.
You should talk to your Mother. She will be there all your life, and believe me, when you were born she know this was coming for you, so I'm sure she's prepared a 'talk' by now.
