Well it normally should not smell that bad if it does it means she does not wash down there regularly or It could be a sign of a bacterial infection, urinary tract infection, STD or a more serious problem. Be nice about it and tell her you are concerned about it and ask if she washes down there regularly if she does and it still smells bad then she should call her doctor to get checked out.

No offense but she got to take a bath or shower. And when you see her ask her if she wants to take a shower or a bath with you. Sort of corny but she will be odor free.
