Women, have you ever had fibroids removed? Was their much pain after surgery? Did it ease your periods?
Question:
Answers:
yes, twice. For a time the cramps were better, then as new fibroids grew the cramps started again; worse than before. Ultimately, a hysterectomy solved it all. No period, no cramps, never felt better. There was pain after the surgery, of course, but I was medicated while in the hospital and that helped me cope. The hardest thing was 'coughing' with staples in my stomach. And the nurses make you cough to prevent pneumonia.
