You'll need a combination of a healthier diet, cardio work and abdominal exercises. Ab workouts alone won't do the trick.
For diet, I suspect you already know what to do. You need to eat fewer calories than you burn in order to lose the fat that is covering the underlying ab muscles. Eat a well-balanced, nutritious diet and stay away from junk food.
For cardio, I suggest you run, swim and bike as much as you can without injuring yourself. You ought to see a trainer for advice.
As far as the abdominal workouts, this forum is a bad place to offer advice since it's probably more helpful to have the exercises demonstrated for you. Again, a personal trainer should help. You could also go to the gym and ask people who look like they know what they are doing for advice.

you should have started long ago... but tyr laying on the floor with your hands under your butt and raise your legs... it works great!!!
