Little sister has bigger breasts?

Question: I am 14 and I am pretty much flat chested. I have been wearing a training bra for the last four years. But my little sis is 12 and is already way past that. It doesn't seem right. Do you think i will catch up? It is sorta discouraging that my sister has passed me. She has even started her period and i haven't.

I think you already know you will not catch up. She is twelve and that right there tells you its rather late for you to continue and be bigger. Don't worry when you get older it won't bother you. I had the same problem.
