Health question?
Question:
What can it be?
Answers:
A couple of years ago, I had a bump under my arm pit about the size of an pencil eraser. It turned out to be one nasty ingrown hair.
I would definitely recommend checking it out. It may be nothing, but wouldn't it give you peace of mind to know it's nothing. This also depends on your age. People get lumps and bumps all over their body for sometimes no apparent reason.
My recommendation: go to the doctor and have it looked at. If anything, to at least know.
You could have a swollen lymph node. You need to see your family doctor for a definitive diagnosis.
