how painfull are labour pains??

Question:

I'm pregnat and very excited happy and very very pleased. The thing is though i dont cope very well with pain. Just the thought of being in pain gives me a painfull feeling allover me. Can anyone assure me or rather help me prepare myself for labour. How bad really does it feel to be in labour????????

It shouldn't matter at all -- it will all be over with the birth of your child. And that is what you should be focusing on.

A really bad shrink I know - would tell you to enjoy the biggest orgasm you will ever experience.

Keep the thoughts positive - get out of the negative ones -- and I hope your baby is happy, healthy with all ten fingers and toes... and of course, two eyes, a nose and a mouth - and everything in the right place functioning beautifully....

its very painful and worth every second of it. it cant be that bad women keep doing it again and again. good luck x
