What is the best stretch for a pulled quad - I pulled in playing softball (running to base)?

Balance on your left leg and pull your right ankle straight back and upwards towards your rear with you right hand. Hold for about 10 seconds. Switch and do it on the other side. I'm sure there are other great stretches, too- this is the one I've always done, though.
