When having your breast enlarged can they also make your aereolas smaller?

In breast enlargment surgery one single breast dispropotion in size of areolas is common but difference is such small that usually it goes unnoticed. If breast enlargment surgery is done on both side then this difference is not there. But size of areola in relation to the breast size does not holds any importance to anybody and should never be the cause of worry.
