I suggest that you go to a gynecologist & discuss this issue right away, Yet if you are on birth control this some times happen also on some medications this is also a side effect but I'm sure if this was the case your doctor would have told you to expect this spotting. Yes you should be concerned .This could be a sign of so please GO RIGHT AWAY!!
