Ok, if you are only 14, then you really shouldn't have too much to worry about. If you are feeling a lump, then you should definately let your mom and/or doctor know. They would definately not do a mammogram on you, you are way too young for that. They would do an Ultrasound on the area that you are feeling. It is a very easy test, just a little big of Gel and that is all there is to it. They would be able to see if it is a cyst, which is something totally normal to find in the breast, if it is something solid, which should be of concern, or absoulutely nothing at all. If they do susspect cancer, the ONLY way you can tell for sure is by doing a biopsy. They would put a small needle into the area in question, and remove a small piece of it to send to the lab.
