I've had mine for about a year and a half now and I would do it again in a heart beat. I went from a 34 A to a 34 small D. I did all the research, read everyone's stories about the pain and not being able to raise their arms and so on, but let me tell you I didn't even need the pain meds. I could raise my arms immediately after the surgery and I went to my daughter's softball game the very next day. I had almost no pain...the feeling was more of a pressure and muscle soreness. I equate the feeling to a pregnant belly....very tight but not painful and obviously that subsides as you do the massages and they settle. I can't begin to tell you how much better I feel getting dressed every day. My advice to you would be to not go too large for your frame. I'm fairly tall and my implants are proportionate to my body so people that don't know me wouldn't even know I had them. Also, don't base your decision on how many cc's to get by looking at photos.....there are many factors that go into you getting the size breast you want....including breast tissue, rib cage size, weight and height. Let your surgeon help you make that choice. Good luck and best wishes!!!
I am 33 years old and I have three children. My youngest is now 2 years old. On August 17th of this year I had my augmentation done. It is the best thing I've ever done. I toyed with the decision, talked myself in and out of it several times. My husband didn't want me to do it, he said he didn't understand the need. However, because he is a great husband, he supported me. My confidence level has sky rocketed. I stand taller and prouder. I am an intelligent, modern woman. I know a woman's identity is not found in her bra; however, if you are making the decision to do this for YOU and not due to pressure from others, then you're doing it for the right reason.

My only hesitation would be your ability to nurse any children you have. Speak to your doctor about this at length. I would suggest you request the implant be put behind the muscle and the incision be below the nipple.

Good luck.
Well, I had mine done 3 yrs ago and was very happy with the out come. I think that it really depends on your doctor and don't be afraid to speak up! Ask question. If your going for a natural look then ask what is the most common size to fit your body perportion. I was on a support site for women with breast augs. I cant remeber the name but it was very resourceful. Look one up! GOOD LUCK!
