Lately I've gotten a ton of muscle cramps I think an abnormally large number, any ideas on how to stop them?
Question:
What's causing them? Electrolytes being out of balance? (I drink lots of water) What can I do to prevent more? Thanks!
Answers:
It could be your electrolytes out of balance. If you drink a lot of water and no Gatorade or anything like that you could be causing the imbalance. Try to eat a banana a day and drink a glass of orange juice before bed.
