Vaginal Problem.. Please Help!!?

Question:
I recently started having vaginal discharge aa week and a half ago and it was irrated real bad. I was rubbing it to calm the irritation. I went and brought some AVEO Yeast pills bcuz i thought it was a yeast infection. But since then it has kind of worsened I have found something that looks like a scratch thats about half a length long and about as wide as a nail on your pinky finger. It looks like a scratch but im not sure what it is. I dont have any insurance at all so i cant go see anyone. Could you refer some over the counter medicine for it. Its also hard for me to walk because it rubs against stuff and its irratble kind of painful. I would preferably like an answer from a doctor... I kno its not an STD because i havent had sex in like 3 months. The thing is though i had oral sex the day before all this happened.

Answers:
it could be a yeast infection. yeast lives in peoples mouths too, and it might have been from the oral sex.

it could just be bad enough that the pills aren't going to be enough. try using something like monistat along with the pills.

also zinc is an immune system booster, so try taking one a day with food.

the "scratch" might be just that. if it's itching pretty bad, you may have scratched yourself in your sleep and didn't even realize it.

i'd give it a few more days and see if it starts to clear up. if not, go to your local health department...they don't require insurance and will not charge as much as a doctor visit.

also, vagisil has ingredients that may irritate you more, so i would steer away from that advice. but, you can use monistat on the outside as well as inside.
Vagasil, monostat, there are a lot of OTC products out there for that.
