I had one in 1998 --- best thing I EVER did. I was 28 at the time. I wish I'd done it sooner.
Since I had it done, clothes fit better, it's been easier to lose weight, I have no more back, shoulder and neck pain, and I've been told I look younger.
If you are considering it, know that your insurance will likely pay for it and most people who have had it done have been VERY happy with the results.
