The general thought is that measurable bone loss doesn't occur for at least two years of DepoProvera use, often much longer.
The amount of bone loss it would take to cause back pain would be profound, so I doubt it's the Depo. Talk to your doctor if you still have concerns.
Very well could be.....it has nasty side effects
