I did the best all out online search that I could...this is the best that I can turn up:

I'd recommend referrals from other doctors in the area to know for sure if a doctor is commendable.

There also would probably be more information elsewhere, such as in a local library!

His name is not listed in the better business bureau (not too enticing/motivating to have him as a doctor!).
