My period lasted for 2 weeks....?

Question: Last month my period lasted for 2 weeks and ended Septmeber 8th. This month though it doesn't seem to be coming and it is a bit scary. I'm not on the pill and my periods are irregular sometimes, and when I do have sex the condom is always on and I make sure that it didn't break, and it never does. This sort seems like it is impossible for me to be pregnant yet I feel a bit bloated or maybe it is all in my head. I have been unconciously stressing about this and anticipating the day for my period to come, but nothing yet.
I just want some background information before going to the doctors.
Has anyone ever had this happen before and what were your results?

Your hormones are acting wierd on you.....that's it...when you see the doctor, they should give you pills or injections to regulate your period.....you will definitely go back on track in no time!

Go to the store and buy a pregnancy test. USE IT. THen relax it is probably just the nervousness causing the lateness...
