Accidently dropped today's birth control pill down the sink - week 4 placebo, what should I do?

Question: Today's dosage (Levlen pill) is gone, slipped out of my hand as I was about to take it and went straight down the drain of the sink... It's the fourth week of the package, so it's just a "sugar pill" placebo, right? Should I skip taking the pill today and resume tomorrow, or should I take tomorrow's dosage today and just start my next pack of pills a day earlier? Thank you!
