Is it bad to sleep in a bra?

Question: because my mom says its unhealthy to sleep in bras because it wares down you sholders and that ur brests need to air out or wtf. but all my friends sleep in them and I'v heard Madona has perfect boobs because she sleept in a bra every night

Nothing wrong with it if it's not uncomfortable to you. There is research that shows a VERY small relation between wearing a tight fitting bra and increase in breast cancer, but I'm assuming that you must be comfortable in that bra, or you wouldn't sleep in it. So as long as it's pretty stretchy or loose, it's fine. I wouldn't chance wearing a support bra or a form fitting one though.
