yes of course you can have anything done if you have the money to pay for it they will wipp you in there quicker than you could ever imagine.money talks and waiting lists if there is one take forever.If i was you i would be a bit more persistant with your doctor first.
It's probably a cyst. But you can go to a dermatologist and have whatever it is and removed. They'll probably send it out to have it biopsied too.
