You need to retrain your body. Force yourself to stay awake during the day. Eventually you will end up tired enough to sleep at night. Only use your bed for sleeping and sex - don't read in bed or watch tv, or use the laptop, do that in the lounge. Eventually your body gets the idea that when it's in bed it's either sleeping or snogging - both are good.
