The notion that birth control pills cause weight gain is widespread and tenacious, despite a growing body of scientific data that discredits it. Recently, researchers at Family Health International (FHI) released a comprehensive analysis of studies on combined-hormone oral contraceptives (COCs) and weight gain. Their conclusion — that contraceptive pills do not lead to major weight gain

i believe that medicine doesnt make you gain weight only sticking food down the hatch does.
