Although, I am sure you wouldn't do it. The best way to loose weight is to get active. Run ( not just jog) till you sweat.. :) and do it daily for an hour atleast.
At your age losing weight "fast" is NOT a good idea. Talk to your parents & Dr. about a sensible, safe weight loss program that includes healthy food & excercise.
why do you want to lose weight, and how much? you know that its not a good idea to lose weight to quickly. however if you are going to lose weight, find out what a healthy weight for your height and age is. then eat a healthy balanced diet, drink lots of water (at least 2 litres a day, not including what is in your coffee, tea and drinks) and get regular, daily exersize
You best leave that up to your doctor-as only your doctor knows of any health concerns you must address when deciding on what nutritional needs and physical complications you may or may not have.
No stress and a happy-go-lucky general attitude help most people lose weight also.
