I am 45 yo, had hysterectomy 5 yrs ago, my left ovary was not taken. I had fresh blood streaked in my panty ?

Question: This was associated with discomfort in the hypogastis area. I thought it was from urine, urinalysis was normal. Ultrsound of kidneys and bladder were normal. Transvaginal Ultrsound was also suggested but not done yet.Is it possible that the blood came from the stump when it was already 5 years ago? or anything else.
