Im having the worst period pain iv ever had in my life, could i possible be having a miscarriage? help me plz!

If you're sexually active etc you could be, and even if it is period pains it is still a good idea to go to the hospital, they should give you some stronger pain killers.

I myself had extremely bad period pains for around 3 years. First day I'd scream, next 3 days I'd cry, and last 2 days I'd feel really sick, and spend my time running to the toilet coz it felt like I had diahrea, when I didn't. Oh, and that was while taking strongest over the counter pain killers.
Now I only sometimes cry, thank god.

But still, pray it's your period, because even if this might happen regurlarly for a while, they say that people with bad period pains have easier births because they're used to the contractions.

if there is a chance you could be pregnant, go to the ER. however, you could just be constipated. nothing hurts worse than being constipated and having cramps. lay down with a heating pad either on your stomach or the small of your back.
