Only men have cowper glands or bulbourethral glands which are the two pea shaped glands situated dorsal and lateral to the membranous portion of the male urethra. During sexual stimulation, the glands secrete a mucus like substance into the urethra that serves as a lubricant for the epithelium.

yeah and they secrete the female version of ejaculate. That wet fluid is NOT urine. Scientists think its the same kind of fluid, or very similar to that secreted by the male prostate. I cant remember if the name of the glands, not sure if they are called cowper glands.
