Answers:
yes u can do it for sure
A healthy rate of weight loss is 2-3 pounds per week. That amounts to 40 pounds in 4 months. Your plan certainly will be successful in the first few days to take off some weight, but it is highly improbable that any human being could stick with your plan for more than a few days, much less for the rest of your life.

If your goal is to lose 50 pounds then you should set your mind to imagine how you will be 50 pounds lighter next year than you are today. That gives you 52 weeks to make smaller changes to your diet and exercise regimen that you will actually be able to stick with in the long-term. Making a small change each month can add up to a life-time improvement in health.

that seems like a good way to start off. I have been on a similar diet from a dietician and have lost a lot of weight but I cant do strenuous exercises so you might do better. I have lost from 350 to 276 in six months. good luck.
