For some reason you are not comfortable with him. This may not be concious and you may think all is okay, but something is wrong that you can't be yourself. Does he make you feel uncomfortable about you body or make you m,ad and you're trying to subconciously "punish" him?

I would try to have an orgasm by yourself just to make sure that it's not a physical thing. If you have had them with him in the past and you can have them by yourself, there is probably an emotional reason why you casn't have an orgasm with him now and you should see a sex/marriage counselor.
