How can I feel better in school?

Question:
I keep on getting dizzy in school and sometimes pass out. I have constant headaches and at times I feel like I am going to actually die sitting in my desk. I have got tests done but the results have not come in yet. My family thinks I am having panic attacks. If I am having these what can I do to calm down when I feel one coming on?

Answers:
first off im very sorry to hear & hope all is well...ive had the same problem over the years where i stand up or out of nowhere get very dizzy, lose my balance, feel like im "dying"...a couple times around friends where ive blacked out and could only hear a bit without control for about 20 minutes...another time fainting out of nowhere in a BUSY grocery store :-( its embarrasing & sux i know...i went to the hospital and turns out from me eating too much candy & bad food was putting me at a severely high risk of diabetes that i had to change my act asap & i did & havent had one since. its very important to be active. walk to school with family and friends, play basketball at lunch time, take the dog for a walk, anything active keeps you healthy and feeling great. also i know its not everyones first priority but you must drink 8 ounces of water, always keep that in mind. honestly right there should be the cure. eat right, be active, & drink water...sounds pretty simple but take everything slow & in moderation. dont hide anything from your doc he knows best. hope it goes away soon, take care, always xoxo
You should see a neurologist! I work for 7 neurologist and they see patients for that all of the time.
