I know when if you have a well acheived orgasm, then you'll be tired. But if you are you haven't enjoyed it as much as usual then it's a mental thing because I had one of them episode when I just thought about sex I was sleep.I was just exhausted by the thought of sex. I just analyzed myself and found things to bring my sex life back. I had to be totally comfortable with myself as a WOMAN and no matter what not spend 30min to 1 hr of my life I'd never get back to not be satisfied.
i think this is more psychological rather than physiological. if this only happend after sex, the reasons can be
1 you are the one who creates the physical momentum during intercourse, and the duration of such intercourse is longer than 2 hours and the induction of force was continuous
2 there is a defect in the biochemical pathway which produces vaginal mucus, the build up of the by-prodcut along that pathway was not removed in time so that it causes tiredness, as well looking as the vaginal mucus production during sex, you can also think of after sex, if you had orgasm, neurotransmitter such as dopamine is release in your brain, i forgot where exactly in the brain but any way, the release of dopamine do diffuse into other part of the brain, and the way how your brain react to this is induce tiredness
3. you are mentally ill, for which you are feeling guilt about sex, or feeling something strange about sex (you need to see a psychologist for that for which i am not one), personally i love sex with the person which i can only dreamed of, i.e. the person which doesn't exist, or i haven't met.
final advise, see a doctor, there is not thing to be afraid of
you must be depressed? or you must have fatigue..why don't you excercise, you;ll have more energy.
