One of my silicone implants from reconstructive surgery has a leak. Will this cause pain in neck and arm?

Question:
I just found this out today but have been in a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders for a few weeks now. Has anyone had experience with this?

Answers:
You must go to the doctor. Its not good to have the silicone leaking into your body.

Other Answers:
As a guy, I have not had any experience with the pain involved, but being in the medical profession, if that is a silicone implant, get to a doctor as soon as you can. If it is saline, it is not as big a deal, but silicone needs to be addressed more quickly.
