cure for spots?

when i am due on my P i get spots do you know anything that can help them, the doc gave me these tablets but they were making me vomit. not good

Try to drink plenty of water. Avoid the obvious things like chocolate, etc. There are different tablets out there which won't make you feel sick as well. Good luck.
