i been taking birth control pills and i start bleeding on the 3 day why?

Question: i start taking ortho micronor tablets after 3 weeks of delivery and on the third day i was taking it i start bleeding, but the problems is that is getting heavier every day and my pospartum visit is in two weeks, what can i do so the bleeding stop? am also scare why is all this happening? how long does it will take to stop bleeding? all this is keeping me fustrated. Most of the time am mad at my husband and i really hate it,, please help me!!
