I have a four pack, on my way to a six pack
the way i've gotten mine, is from 3 simple exercises involving an exercise ball:
1)sit on the ball, then roll,on it until its right under your back (so your laying down) but feet planted firmly hip distance apart. then just do 100 sit ups
2)lay down on the ground with the exercise ball between your thighs and elevate your legs to about 12 inches. now do sit ups
3)laying down, put the ball between your things, and ur arms straight over ur head on the ground. elevate ur legs about 3 inches. then, reach for the ball and switch it to your hands and lay down. alternate
