The wieghts sounds average/slim to me but, the clothes size of 5 sounds pretty skinny. I am 5'8", 155 lbs, and I wear size 10 and 12 but, I am not skinny. I think I am average. I think ideal for 5'10" is, 150-155 lbs. (depending on body frame), clothing size 12. This is just my amature opinion, hope this helps. :)
