my mam has these pains?

My mam wont see a doctor about these pains she gets in her gut, it makes her feels sick she ont have it that often but when she does it hurts her... has anyone got a clue to wot it may be??

since when are these pains occuring?
are there other gastrointestinal symp like dirrhea, constipation?
is there fever low grad associated?
family history of TB?

it can be anything! a pain can be a sign of something serious so please bring your mom to the doctor asap. it sounds like appendicitis to me.
