Does this happen when you get a yeast infection?

Question: I was taking antiobiotic to go to the dentist, then i realized i have a yeast infection. I never had one before, but the itching is driving me nuts. Igot some monistat 1, but now i noticed that the skin around the perineum is dicolored, kind of pale and white (I'm black). is this something that happens?

yes, its the yeast. get the topical cream at the drugstore next to the monostat, they also make a multipack with external and internal creams in one box. But if you call your Dr, she can call you in a prescription for the yeast infection pill. I have taken 1-2 pills once and used topical cream and was fine as wine in 24 hours. Also, cotton underwear will help with repeat infections, hope this helps and don't scratch/rub, it will just make it hurt more.
